When a quest for a ‘Game of Thrones’ themed birthday cake to surprise her husband with proved difficult, Aparna’s creative & business instincts kicked-in. Post a 4 month sojourn in Bangalore for a Diploma course – ‘Cake Baking & Fondant Technician,’ she was ready to realize her dream of owning a niche cafe.
